When your roof just needs a minor repair you may not need to call your insurance company.  When you do need your insurance company, we can help with the insurance claim process by giving you the right options and even talking to your insurance provider when needed. We are also very supportive of our customers and are generally available to answer questions or address concerns as they arise.
Our repair process is no different than any other roofing job that we do. We use the best practice when repairing or replacing a roof.  In regards to shingles we avoid using a nail gun and hand nail every shingle.
