Terry showed when he said he would, called a head and said he'd be 20 minutes late to the agreed upon time, and after spending some time assessing my problem, told me it wasn't the roof at all, but mostly likely the leaking chimney! So he referred me on to a company that does chimney work made no charge for his honest assessment. I know whom I'm calling next time I think I have a roof problem or need a new one.

Fast forward 3 years to this week and when I had another leak after a heavy storm, Terry immediately replied and came out same day to assess the damage and fix the issue. Hes extended the life of my aging roof and has always been polite and prompt. Highly recommend him; its so nice to have a reliable and locally-owned roofing service in Nashville run by someone passionate about their work. Most honest roofer out there. I called Terry based off reviews because we had a small roof leak that I couldnt fix. He came and assessed it on a Tuesday and fixed it that Friday for a VERY FAIR price and cleaned my gutters as a bonus. He is definitely the guy to call for roof help. His fix held and we can finally repaint the ceiling.

I've worked with Terry for a couple projects now. He's always very responsive, provides a lot of guidance, and charges very fair prices. He never tries to up-sale me and offers guidance on repairing versus replacing. Terry has become my "go-to" roof guy!

I only needed a single shingle replaced and such a small job is generally hard to find a roofer to come out and make the repair. Not the case with Terry; he responded to me via e-mail within 48 hrs of my web inquiry and he arranged to make the repair and also conduct a roof inspection to make sure there was no additional damage. Terry made the minor repair and let me know that his inspection of the roof did not reveal any other damage and the roof looked in good condition. I am glad to find an honest and dependable roofer.
